  • We will begin by getting to know your hair goals and needs. we are a team of professional women ready to provide you with a hospitable experience and expert hair care. our enviroment is welcoming and we can’t wait to meet you.

  • That’s common! That’s why we exist! We are here to help you navigate all of the nuances of your textured hair. Check out our Texture Guide here for more context around your texture.

  • Great question! check out our shop page and you can purchase exactly what we use in salon.

  • absolutely! once your technician has completed your service she will recommend what you need to maintain your curls/color/extensions at home.

    • If you’re receiving a consultation please have all extensions or braids removed from the hair and the hair free of heavy products. We can’t assess the hair in its entirety if we are unable to touch the hair.

    • For a cut we ask that you please be detangled. We will shampoo your hair prior to the cut.

    • If you’re receiving color please have your hair free of product and detangled. We like to begin with a clean canvas. In the event we have to shampoo the hair prior to the color service there will be an added charge due to time constraints.

    • Any extra detangling may incur an additional charge when receiving any service.

    • all extension services begin with the shampoo process.

  • Maintenance services for curly hair usually take on average about 1 to 1 and a ½ hours. Color and extensions services range from approximately 2- upwards of 5 hours. The more dense and textured your hair is will lean more towards the longer times. Color transformations may take longer. You can always send an email for a more specific time frame.

  • No! curly/wavy/coily/kinky hair is our preference but we do straight as well.

  • We provide treatments before during and after your color services to ensure your curls are maintained and managed along the process. we will recommend products and care for at home maintenance along with suggested salon frequency. if you follow our expert advice your curls will be fine! Please understand color is a chemical however so some level of damage in inevitable. Our curly color ladies are generally satisfied with their outcomes. A consultation is always available to ease any concerns you may have. Reserve yours here now.
